Carl Davis; Managing Director
Carl has over twelve years IT hardware and software experience and has been a qualified
Microsoft technical trainer for the past five years.
Carl generally focuses on training and consultancy where his in-depth experience
is extremely valuable. He also manages business development.
Carl the following qualifications:
MCT for the Microsoft NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 Track
MCP + Site Building
MCSE + Internet and Site Building
Fidelma Burke; Sales Director
Fidelma joined Swift in 1998 as Sales executive, she now manages the Sales Department
and handles all Sales issues and client liaison.
Prior To Swift Fidelma worked in the city for various investment companies and has over ten years experience.
Toni Ghatta; Senior Consultant
Tony began working in this sector in 1995 working as a Technical Support rep for IMSI where he first meet Carl. He later gained two promotions to become MIS & Technical Support Manager responsible for the UK, Europe & South Africa.
In 1997 he moved to Azlan where he gained the following qualifications:
MCSE trainer
MCT
MCP+I
He joined Swift in 1998 as a full time trainer and consultant, handling all technical support issues.
David Ayonoadu; Senior Engineer
Following completion of his National Diploma in Engineering in July 1998, David commenced his MCSE, finishing in July 1999.
He worked as Assistant Network Administrator for the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry before becoming a junior consultant for Swift in early 2000.
David is now a consultant handling all technical support issues.
Bandhana Gabri; Senior Helpdesk Engineer
Bandhana graduated from City University with a 2:1 in Beng Computer Engineering in June 1999.
Following a short break she trained for the MCSE with Amraf Training, completing the course in 2001.
Bandhana then worked for Canter Fitzgerald as Helpdesk/Technical Support before joining Mizuho as 1st Line Support.
Bandhana joined Swift in 2002 as Senior Helpdesk Support; she handles all remote administration and server build requirements.
Michelle Ball; Financial Accountant/Company Secretary
Following her graduation from BSc Chemistry & Maths at Exeter University, Michelle studied for her ACA qualification with Touche Ross (now known as Deliotte&Touche) gaining accreditation in 1990.
She joined Swift in 1998 as Financial accountant, but also handles client liaison as well.
